Collection and Sorting. Our journey begins with the collection of plastic waste, ranging from consumer packaging like potato chip bags to industrial plastic remnants. Each piece is carefully sorted according to type and quality, ensuring only suitable materials enter our recycling stream.

Cleaning and Processing. Once sorted, the plastics undergo a thorough cleaning process to remove any contaminants. The clean plastic is then shredded into small pieces, preparing it for the next stage of transformation.

Melting and Pelletizing. The shredded plastic pieces are melted down and extruded into small pellets. These pellets serve as the raw material for producing new plastic products and are crucial for the quality and durability of our products.

Manufacturing with Injection Molding. The recycled plastic pellets are fed into injection molding machines, where they are heated and injected into molds to form the final products. This method allows for precise and efficient production of robust plastic goods.
